Why Legal Translation!

It may happen that the very matter at issue - the one that motivated translation in the first place - resides only at the fringe of one of the topics discussed in a document. The detail may not be necessary to the intents and purposes of the author, and may be glossed over or refashioned for the sake of brevity, persuasive impact, or compositional flow in the interests of journalism, advertising, or bare readability.

Legal translation, on the other hand, lets each such detail make its mark no matter how immaterial to the author's proposition, lest the translator's client be denied the opportunity to benefit from it.
